CHALLENGE

An eight-figure supplement brand was stuck in hiring limbo struggling to fill critical leadership roles after months of endless interviews, misaligned candidates, and wasted internal bandwidth. APPROACH

We were retained to break the cycle and rebuild their hiring strategy from the ground up. We quickly aligned with the executive team to define success profiles, streamline the interview process, and launch a targeted outreach campaign focused on proven operators in the DTC health and wellness space. Over the course of multiple retained searches, we placed a Head of Growth to lead paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and CAC efficiency, and a Head of Retention to overhaul lifecycle marketing, LTV, and CRM strategy. We also supported the hiring of several key digital and marketing leaders to shore up operational depth and execution bandwidth.
